I believe in a mindful approach to movements, by moving intentionally and giving each movement a meaning and a purpose. My classes will leave you feeling strong, calm and connected in mind and body. I am here to guide you in discovering what amazing things your body can do and feeling your absolute best.

Mamaste Yoga – Gentle Yoga for Moms & Beginners

Mamaste is a weekly yoga class designed to help women reconnect with their bodies and inner calm. It’s a soft, welcoming space for moms (and anyone else!) to stretch, breathe, and rest – no pressure, no performance. Every session is guided in English and focuses on themes like rest, self-love, and energy awareness.

My yoga teachings are a blend of traditional tantric Hatha yoga with influences of beautiful spiritual guides, yogis and teachers I’ve met along my personal yoga journey which started 20 years ago on a tiny island in British Columbia. The classes are divided into 3 categories according to the traditional lineage and the tantric world view of Sri Vidya: Moon | Sun | Fire which can, in my offerings, also blend into one single session during Yin&Yang yoga.

I’m Hanna, and I offer regular sound baths at Canela Art Studio – relaxing sound journeys using Tibetan singing bowls and crystal bowls.
The gentle sounds and vibrations support you in letting go, finding inner calm, and bringing your energy back into balance.

Private one-on-one sessions are also available.

I am a jewelry designer, artist, and passionate yoga teacher.
My journey began with a deep fascination for beauty and creativity—an inspiration that led me to pursue formal training in jewelry design.

Through my work as a designer, I have learned the importance of appreciating fine details and uniting creativity with both form and function. Today, I combine my love for art with the wisdom of yoga to create spaces where creativity and mindfulness come together.

In a city like Munich, where vacant spaces and high rents often stand in stark contrast, we consciously follow the principle: “Use what already exists.”

That’s why our yoga classes take place in different neighborhoods across the city – whether it’s in a café, a bar, a beautiful office, or right in the city park.
